Our Gourmet Quality Natural Vanilla Extract is produced using the infusion method of extraction and contains a  minimal amount of alcohol (0.2%) it is a typical dark braon liquid with seeds in a pure natural invert sugar solution.The Vanilla concentration is 3 x strength, that is  300 grams of vanilla per 1 litre of extract. This product will last for up to 2-3 years if kept closed and out of sunlight . Available in 100ml, 250 ml, 500 ml & 1 Ltr sized bottles.
