This Madagascan vanilla extract is produced using the latest supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method or Co2 extraction extract technology. This method of producing Vanilla Extract insures that there is not even a trace of alcohol in the product. It is a totally clear suspension in a pure, natural invert sugar solution. This Vanilla Extract is available in 2 concentration strengths, 2 fold 200 grams of vanilla per 1 litre of extract and 4 fold 400 grams of vanilla per 1 Litre of extract. It has a fantastic flavour profile, contains no alcohol, no stabilising agents, no additives, no preservatives and it is a completely clear product, it is gluten free, vegetarian, has no artificial colours and no preservatives. This product will last for up to 2-3 years if kept closed and out of sunlight. Available in 50ml, 100ml, 250ml and 1 Litre bottles.
