How to become a wholesale customer
Becoming a wholesale customer is straightforward. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to order from our wholesale range and access ongoing support from the Vanilla Etc team.

Complete our application form
Provide your business and contact details so we can learn more about your requirements.
Step 2
We review your application
We may ask a few additional questions to understand your needs and will carry out credit checks where credit terms are required.
Step 3
Your account is approved and set up
Once approved, you’ll get access to trade pricing and ordering information.
Step 4
Place your first wholesale order
Use the agreed ordering method and we’ll prepare and dispach your order, with our team on hand for ongoing account, product and technical support.
