Shipping policy
We offer the following forms of delivery during the checkout process including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Courier Next Business Working Day Service
The choice of delivery offered will vary according to the weight of the order and the type of product. Some delivery services will not accept liquids for delivery.
We use Fedex, as we believe they offer one of the best reliability records and excellent parcel tracking information, with predicted delivery time estimates.
At Vanilla Etc Ltd we aim to process and dispatch your order the same day providing your order is received by 13:00pm.
Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the Next Business Working Day.
NB: During Bank Holidays, there will be no collections or deliveries.
Fedex Courier service is a Next Business Working Day Delivery Service for orders placed before 1300hrs Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed on Fridays before 1300hrs, will be delivered the following Monday. (With the exception being Bank Holidays)*
Orders placed after 1300 on Fridays will not be collected until Monday, for delivery Tuesday.
If you fail to receive your products within 7 days, then please contact us immediately.
