Our Madagascan 1/2 Fold Vanilla Extract is made using Madagascan Bourbon vanilla beans which are cultivated on the Bourbon Island of Madagascar.


We originally developed this recipe due to the ever-increasing price of Vanilla beans and wanted to be able to provide a more affordable option to our customers.


It is made using our Award Winning 1 Fold Vanilla Extract as a base and then reduced in strength.


The resulting product is a hugely popular extract that is versatile and can be used in many ways. It has a wonderful vanilla flavour and aroma at a great price.

Our Extracts are Crafted In-House for Exceptional Quality

Following extensive development and production trials, we began manufacturing our own extracts in 2018 to ensure complete control over quality, consistency, and flavour.

  • Vanilla extract is a fragrant, amber coloured liquid made by macerating vanilla beans in ethanol (minimum 35%), water and sugar.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We always do our best to dispatch orders on the same working day when placed before 1:00pm.

  • FedEx: Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually delivered on the next working day.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver within 1–2 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are targets rather than guarantees, and parcels can occasionally take a little longer to arrive. Delivery times may also be affected by Bank Holidays.
