Made using the finest Madagascan Bourbon vanilla beans, our extract is carefully produced in-house at our state-of-the-art facility in West Yorkshire, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and flavour in every batch.

Recognised with a prestigious Great Taste Award, this versatile extract offers beautifully smooth vanilla notes with sweet, creamy, buttery characteristics that enhance both sweet and savoury creations alike.

Product Specifications

Our Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract is produced at a 1.5 Fold strength, equivalent to 150g of vanilla beans per litre of extract.

The term Fold refers to the quantity of vanilla beans used in the production of the extract. The higher the Fold, the more concentrated the vanilla flavour.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We always do our best to dispatch orders on the same working day when placed before 1:00pm.

  • FedEx: Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually delivered on the next working day.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver within 1–2 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are targets rather than guarantees, and parcels can occasionally take a little longer to arrive. Delivery times may also be affected by Bank Holidays.
