Our Great Taste Award-winning Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste is made using our own 1 Fold Madagascan Vanilla Extract, blended with a natural thickener to create a rich, smooth consistency. It is perfect for recipes where the appearance of real vanilla seeds is just as important as the flavour.

With a classic, rich Madagascan vanilla profile and visible vanilla pod seeds throughout, this paste adds both exceptional taste and beautiful visual appeal to desserts and bakes. Ideal for crème brûlée, ice cream, cheesecake, custard, milkshakes, buttercream, and more.

Crafted In-House

In 2018, we made the decision to begin producing our own vanilla extracts and pastes, with the goal of creating a product that exceeded the quality of those previously manufactured for us. After extensive trials and development, we established our own production facility and now produce premium-quality vanilla products that we are incredibly proud of.

Product FAQs

  • Our Vanilla bean paste is made from: Vanilla Extract (Water, Ethanol & Vanilla Bean Extractives), Sugar, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), & Vanilla Seeds.
  • For best results, store your vanilla paste in a cool, dark place at an ideal temperature of 15–20°C. When stored correctly, it has a shelf life of up to 3 years from the date of manufacture. All of our products are classified as ambient and have a Best Before End date rather than a use-by date. Products may still be perfectly suitable for use after this date, although this is at your own discretion.
  • Deciding whether to use vanilla extract or vanilla paste will depend on what you are baking. Vanilla bean paste is thicker in consistency and includes specks of Exhausted Vanilla Bean Seeds. This gives you the convenience of including vanilla seeds without the effort of scraping them out of the pod.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We always do our best to dispatch orders on the same working day when placed before 1:00pm.

  • FedEx: Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually delivered on the next working day.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver within 1–2 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are targets rather than guarantees, and parcels can occasionally take a little longer to arrive. Delivery times may also be affected by Bank Holidays.
